Did the 1991 Honda Accord model come with a Key Fob?

I too am wondering this. I literally can't even find a picture of what this key looks like in reality outside of the owners manual for an EX Wagon. I have a 1991 Accord Wagon EX, and it has a "Keyless entry window" next to the drivers door handle.
Is it even possible to find one of these or have it programmed anymore?
