Look at crutchfield.com and find the -outfit my car- link for speaker and headunit sizing info. No special tools & it's easy rfor me since I've done a few. If it's your first, you will probably break a couple of the clips on the door panel, but they're cheap, so no worries .... just get a pack before you start.

Clips that hold the door panel to the frame.. And in order to take the speakers off you need a Phillips and a flat head screw driver, Simple.

Yes, the whole thing. Get the clips at the dealership.

They just slide into the holders on the inside of the door panel, then push into holes in the metal part of the door. They're nothing special .... also, if you are careful, you shouldn't be breaking many if any at all. I actually haven't used spares on any of my installs, but I've seen them broken and they are cheap to replace, so better off having a few handy since you haven't pulled a door panel before.

Along with the pack of new clips, get a tool called a panel puller. It's a flat piece of steel with a notch cut out that grabs around the whole clip so you have a far less chance of breaking it.

Don't worry too much. Your speakers are so easy to replace. You just unplug 2 wires from the speaker, unbolt/unscrew it, clip the wires to the new speaker, and screw the new ones back in. The door panels are so easy to remove. That's the first thing I did to my car once (trying to change a speaker at that time).
