Default 1996 Honda Accord - Turn Signals Do not Work / Hazards Do Work

I have a 1996 Honda Accord where the turn signals do not work. However, the hazard lights, headlights, back-up lights, and brake lights do work. Thus, the wiring and bulbs for the turn signals appear functional.
  • I have check the fuses (inside the vehicle) and they were good. I changed them anyway. No change.
  • Next, I changed the flasher relay, co-located with the interior fuses. No change. If the hazard lights work, then is it probable the flasher relay is not an issue?
  • Next, I change the hazard button. No change.
  • Next, I changed the combination turn signal - head light lever assembly. No change.
Other than installing another flasher relay and checking the flasher relay socket, and the combination turn signal - head light lever assembly socket, what actions do you all recommend?
