I have a 1994 Accord EX and just out of no where my turn and my hazard signals just stopped working. Any suggestions as to what it could be? I have checked all the fuses and there all good the only other thing I can think it might is the turn signal switch in the colum.

 

Could be the switch but I would start by testing the relay. Top left of the under dash fuse panel.

EDIT: here is a test for the INPUTS to the relay.

 

also if the connector to the hazzard lights is not connected you will not have turn signals either.
