Cool Alternative to replacing stock console interface

For the folks who don't want to replace the console interface: Here's another option:

Blitzsafe HON/AUX DMX V.2X Acura Honda Aux Adapter | eBay

With this device, you will have a 3.5mm connector coming out of the console box that can hook up any mp3 player. I have done it myself. Here are some pictures of my implementation.

Default How do you do it?

Hi accordhybridowner,

I have recently acquied a 2005 Accord Hybrid and would like to add a 3.5mm connector to connect my iPhone for hands-free-telephone and for GPS navigation through the car's speakers.Your pictures are great but they do not give a step-by-step instruction of how you removed the central console and connected the adapater.Could you post more pictures or link a video as to how to do it?I have never removed a car radio or anything like that before and I am intimated to do so as I may screw up something,if I embark on the venture without proper instructions and visuals to help me.Thanks for your help in advance.
