Default 2008 Honda Accord Radio Not Working

I’ve got a question about my 2008 Honda Accord radio. Owner before me had car wired for subs and it was draining battery so he disconnected battery somehow. Was more than radio, none of the 12v are working, radio control lights aren’t on, radio won’t even turn on. Checked all fuses and wiring and I cannot figure out what is wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Did you look behind the radio to make sure the wires were good?

You did say none of the 12v were working? I would assume there's a fuse he pulled. #18 fuse on the driver side sounds like it would cause all what you're explaining

Given that the previous owner added components, you first want to remove the factory radio to check that the harness is even plugged in/available/exists. Some people cut harnesses and replace radios, and that can damage factory wiring. You want to inspect all wiring to find what/where they compromised factory.
