Default radio doesnt work

my daughter has a 2004 honda accord ex, just the other day she told me that her radio stopped working, all the of buttons light up when the lights are on a night but no radio. I checked the fuse but it was good. Is there something else I should check, or is there a known problem with them, or what? Any info would be helpful.

I'll move this over to A/V Electronics, better place for a good answer.

you have to take out the trim plate around the gear shift. then remove the pannel with the non ash tray and cigarette lighter in it. then remove the cubby, then remove the top cover on the upper dash. then you can remove the radio. then you can remove the radio from the plate, but if you are going to take it to honda you do not have to take it all out.
