Default 2009 Accord

We just bought a 2009 Accord and the wife said I could install my dual band ham radio in it. The dash is so nice, does anyone have a recommendation of how to mount the remore head and what kind of antenna and mount to use on it.

Welcome mvesr!
I'll move this to the A/V Electronics board, where you'll get better answers.

Are you saying you want to remove the stock HU and replace it with a HAM radio? Why would you do that? Unless your a LEO or a trucker I just don't see the point...

Don't want to take any stock things out, just want to add the remote head ham radio from the wife's old car.

Well then where it goes is something your going to have to deiced on. Don't think your going to find many other people with HAM radios installed in their 8th gen.
