I'm a new owner of a 2010 LX accord and i'm not so much into after market parts.
i really like the features that the 2010 EX-l models have such as the Bluetooth and XM radio. So is it possible to simply buy a ex-l model radio from ebay already equipped with the features and simply put it in a 2010 LX model?

 

to gain bluetooth? yes.

to gain sat radio? not that easy. also requires the antenna and wiring to the antenna. also, sat radio has a monthly fee.
