Is there a way to upgrade the stock screen to a better one?

 

I wouldn't necessarily say there are upgrades available for the screen. There are aftermarket Navi units available for people without the Navi; but, they usually are not the same quality; however, some of these aftermarket units can have features the OEM unit doesn't have, like being able to watch a movie, etc.
