Default 9th Gen Owners: show me your ****

One thing I hate about the factory radio is the full touch screen. I want a volume ****. I have the steering control, and that's cool, but sometimes I just want to reach out and turn a **** to adjust volume. It was a minor annoyance at first.

Now that I'm getting started on my audio upgrade, one of the things I'll have is a 3-way **** to independently control volume/bass/phone. It's this thing if anyone needs to see what I'm talking about.

It won't be that hard to mount (drill a hole, route a wire, apply double sided tape), but where? I haven't landed on a spot in the interior that's accessible to driver and passenger, looks fine, and is in an ergonomic spot. If you did something like this, where did you put it? Can you show a pic?

Did you find a spot and have pics to share? Some will add bass ***** but a volume **** for a JL Fix is specific. My 2015 touchscreen has a **** so not all of the touchscreen models lacked them.

I found a spot. Inside the lower pocket, just to the left side. I've been driving around for a couple weeks with it stuck there using double-sided tape to make sure it's a spot where I like it.

This weekend if I have time I'm going to mount it, and I'll get pics.
