Does the 9th Gen Accord have f/r camber adjustment?
Just wondering if someone knows for sure if there is adjustment for the front and rear camber on the 9th Gen Accord (Touring), as I thought I read somewhere that only toe-in/out was adjustable.I realize one can buy camber kits, but I am talking bone stock suspension. Thanks,HB
According to the 'other site',there is one locating pin at the top of each strut that can be twisted off with a nut(10mm?) and each strut can be moved in or out an extra + or - 1 degree...I dunno?! HB
It's hard to tell anything from the parts drawings. I don't have a shop manual for 2013-2014.
The front knuckle clamps directly around the bottom end of the shock, so it's hard to imagine any adjustment there. It might be possible for a tiny adjustment by moving around the top of the shock. Can't tell how much room there is in the shock-tower, even if you enlarge the bolt-holes. I don't see an obvious alignment pin up there, you'd have to deal with that too.
The rear has an upper control arm. That might be more promising. Again, there isn't anything obvious, but using the space in the existing bolt-holes, or enlarging the bolt holes, might get you a little bit of camber.
