I got an alpine head unit: CDA-9885 and you can purchase a 30 dollar cable off crutchfield that will allow you to control your ipod directly from your head unit, I'm not sure exactly if that quality is specific to my head unit or not though

 

Does anyone have pics of how the Dice unit displays track info on the Accord's stereo? I'm really close to going with it, but I want to make sure the text display works and it looks decent, otherwise I'll save myself some money and go with the USA Spec. I have the '06 Sedan V6 EX-L w/o nav. I don't use the XM at all, so I'm ok with losing that if i have to.

 

How does your dash look with the replacement head unit? I had one in my old car and I'd get another Alpine in a second but I'm afraid how it would look. I've got an '07 EX couple w/o Navi with XM. I just assumed putting in an Alpine head unit would leave holes and gaps and look crappy? Thanks for your help.

 

I don't have any pics, but the Dice unit does work as explained in their docs. The text is very readable - you can move thru albums, or playlists, etc.
