Default Amplifier

I am looking for a 5 channel amp for my car. I am powering 1 pioneer 12 inch sub, door speakers and rear deck speakers. I know that amps can vary greatly in price, but, I am open to different ideas.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Or used Alpine, Eclipse, or Soundstream

well, the previous amp was a crunch Power One Series 5-Channel Class A/B Car Amplifier and had the following:

1000W Max
125W x 4-Chan @ 2 Ohm + 250 x 1 Chan.
SEPP Analog Amplifier
Variable Bass Boost
Bass Remote Level Control
3-Way System Protection Circuitry

As far as price. I would like to stay in the $300 range, if possible.
