Question Can I install an OEM back up camera in my 2008?

I have been a little spoiled by driving some of these newer cars with their back up cameras and wanted to know what would be involved if I installed one in my car. I have a 2008 EX-L V-6 Accord with factory Navigation. I have heard, but am not sure if it is true, that I can just order the camera from Honda and just plug it in because my car is supposedly prewired for it. Does anyone know if this is true? How much do one of these cameras cost?

Thanks.

hmmm. if the car was supposed to come with one, it should have.

hondapartsdeals dot com would sell the OEM camera if one exists.

I think when my car was new, it was an option. I just am not sure about the pre-wiring that I heard of and if it a simple plug and play or not.

Since you have factory navigation, you can.

Wow, that's a little more work than I thought it was. I think I might step back from that a little... Tanks for posting it though redbull. I think it gives a better understanding of what would need to be done.

I understand you said you are going to back away but I just want to post the rest of the info here for future views. You can buy it here- [moderator edit: link deleted]
And yes, with factory nav the car has a plug behind the head unit and it is plug and play.
