Default CD Multichanger

I have a 2005 Honda Accord. When my multichanger plays 5 or six songs it stops playing cd's. The message 'Disk' shows up on the screen. What is the problem?

Only bought the car in Feb. It is a 2005. I used cd cleaning kit last week but it did not cure the problem. It is as if when the radio gets too hot it stops playing cd's.
