Default cheapest H.O alternator

Im running the stock alternator for my 1989 accord lxi, it doesnt have enough output for my needs, Im on a very limited budget. I would like to know the cheapest h.o alt. i can get or cars i could go pull an alt. out of that would give me more output for my current demands. Im looking for at least 140 amps.
My stereo is a 15' Fi BL dual 1 ohm with all the options it can take 1900 rms daily but im only pushing 1300 ish right now. Thanks for the help guys.

You'll need $200 or so. See if you can find a shop to rewind yours or a shop that sells rewound alts.

Cheap alts usually have less output at idle.
