Does anyone here have a flipdown monitor?
Does anyone have a flipdownand asunroof?

I searched w/ few results. I'm looking at putting one in my 04 sedan w/ sunroof. I know the sunroof and shadewill more than likely cause problems, but I'm gonna try.

Also, where would you suggest I put the dvd player? I was actually thinking in the trunk, mounted up on the rear deck if there's aposition that would have it accessable through the door behind my armrest.

there are plenty of them that have the dvd player built in and mount shallow enough so they don't interfere with the sunroof.... We had one installed in an escalade with a sunroof for about $1000.00. Here's an example

Man if you paid 1000 bucks to have that installed you got ripped!!! As for the flip downs with the dvd player installed in them. They are to heavy we have had alot of problems with them, after awhile they make the customers head liner sag...but I think that I would just get a flip out t.v. with the dvd player already made into it. If your buddget would allow it. you can probly get a decent flip out t.v. for maybe like 400 bucks. That is the cheapest one that I have for sell in my shop.

 

it was a flip down w/dvd (fairly large screen) so it was $1000 parts and labor not just install

 

is it like a clarion or something? cause I know they are pretty expensive
