I am looking to add a GPS/audio/video/BT unit to my trusty 2002 Honda accord. Any idea what aftermarket unit works great? Anybody on this forum added a unit later would recommend theirs?

 

i recommend a non-NAVI head unit, and separate GPS unit. A $120 TomTom 55TM will outperform a $1000 NAVI head unit with usability and updates are free with the 55TM. another bonus is you can remove the GPS and use it in other cars if need be.

From there, add a good double-din head unit. Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, and Clarion all make decent units.
