Help!!!!
Hello so my CarPlay on my iPhone stopped working in my accord so I did a factory reset to the radio and no it just keeps resetting the screen won’t turn on it shows a loading bar but when the bar gets to the end the screen flickers and goes black this has been happening for over 3 hours which I find very weird because the system msg said the factory reset would take about 5 mins… has anyone had this problem if so what can I do? Will I have to go to the dealership? I have a 2018 Honda Accord sport 2.0t
Is it still under warranty? I've seen a few thread here about rebooting radios on the newer accords. I would say if it's under warranty take it to the dealership if not I believe there is a disc or usb with software you can boot to. I'll see if i can find it.
I believed you're going to have to go in because yours is in the rebooting phase and can't do OTA updates. Honda came out with the fix for your issue.

Honda has a USB solution also where you can download the software and update it.

I think these are the steps someone took to get the file needed off the radio. In the pic attached.
