Default HID for 2010 accord?

What is a good brand of HID and brightness 8000k?

are you looking to replace the headlight assembly or just retrofit?

if you buy a HID assembly, you are guaranteed (for the most part) that the extra heat from the HID won't cause issues. Additionally, the reflectors for OEM headlights are designed around the OEM bulbs. So while you may be brighter, you won't be as efficient.
