I know, that can not be called a diagram. 
Thats why I said draft. I am not getting time so couldnt create a proper diagram.
Out A = 87a
Out = 87.
Will do it asap.
key low 1-outA 2-30 Sensor 2-Out

So there will be only one condition in which the DRLs will be on.
