I have a 2008 Accord with the stock GPS in it. I want to know how to do the following SIMPLE thing. I want to know how to find the nearest "whatever" to my current location. Yesterday I wanted to find the nearest WalMart. It came back with a bunch of walmart locations that were 600-1000 miles away from where I was.

Does anyone know if this can be done on this very expensive GPS?
THis has been a source of frustration with this system for me. I am pretty sure it should be able to do this.

I just went and fought through several steps to get it to locate a Wal-Mart in the local vicinity and it is really buried in there. Very Tedious. I actually had to write it down on a pad because there are so many steps.

They really need to clean this up.

 

Sadly, Honda can build many things, but the electronics are sourced to someone else. their Navi is sub par.
