I have a 2003 Accord EX-L Coupe 4 cylinder with a 5 speed. It has dual zone climate control and such. I was wondering if it would be possible to get the head unit from a similar year Accord that has the Nav system and Satellite Radio stock? Any help is appreciated.

 

in order for the Nav and Sat radio to work, you'd need to install the additional components for those systems. Also, it may updgrade you to a premium system with external amplification and different speakers.

ask your local dealership what it would cost and entail. then you can see if you can do the work your self.
