Default How Do I Put All My Amp Power To 1 Sub??

What up people, my setup is 2 alpine type r 10 inch subs and a mtx mono class d amp that powers both of them. Now one of my subs blew and I was wondering if I could get all the power in the amp to go into that 1 sub. Is there any way?? Thanks

Some amps have a built in bridge and can do just mono or more. The amp usually say on it bridgeable 4-2-1 or something like that. You can also buy a bridge kit, which in my day was like a small amp. that will do the same thing. If I had to buy something else I think that I would just save up for the other sub.

what amp model do you have for the amp and sub

the amp you have depends on how you can even set up the single sub you will either have the 4 ohm dvc or the 2 ohm dvc for the sub with the 4 ohm dvc, you can have that setup as an 8 ohm load or a 2 ohm load, then the 2ohm dvc you can have that set up as a 4 ohm or a 1 ohm then it depends completely on what the amp you have is, and what it can handle

Another thing you can do is buy a 2 distribution blocks. Kinda ghetto if you have a mono amp but just a suggestion.
