HP filter on speaker amp affecting sub amp

I actually had Sun Valley Stereo's put it in. I am an engineer with the Phx. "Fire Dept", and a very non-mechanical engineer at that. That shop has been around for at least 30 years, then last night I called another stereo guy I know who does a lot of guys rigs and paid $100.00 for him to figure it out. Still today nothing different. I honestlly can't say what he did. But I live in the Phoenix area, Litchfield Park, and if you know someone who can fix this damn thing that would be great. I will show the info the the guy who came out to fix my stereo and see if it makes sense to him. Thank you for the input and sorry it took me a little while to be able to get back and reply.

is there an alpine or pioneer deck i could somehow wire into my old headunit to use the 6 disc cd changer?
