I cant remember what year of Accord needs the whole new climate controls to accommodate a aftermarket stereo, but assuming yours does not and is a double din, then all you should need is a standard aftermarket install kit. On my Accord, I have a flip out, but if I had a built in the like example you have, it would fit w/o any modification other then not installing the cubby hole that came w/ the kit.

BTW, look for stereos on eBay. I bought my flip out for $550ish brand new and Best Buy wanted $700 before taxes!

i think thurs a misunderstanding. i dont want to get a indash flip out screen which would take one din. i want to get myself a 7 inch tounchscreen/dvd player/ ipod/ gps everything. its a double din. im asking is thur a indash kit for a double din for my 03 accord. i have the single din cubby dash kit right now but thinking about upgrading.

most people have to build it themselves, might check out gen7aacord[dot] net
they will have people who have done it there.
unless you mean this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ayphotohosting

i currently have that installed. jw too, i dont think u cant put in a flip out indash due to the shift ****, and the screen bumping into the ac controls and factory headunit.

There is no such thing as a (true) 7" double din HU, and there is no double DIN kit for the 7th gen in production. I have a flip out, and I had a flip out in my last car as well. Where I live if you want to keep your in dash it better be a flip out. If you want an indash your only option is to get the metra kit that replaces the radio and get a flip out.

status has a great picture of what is supposed to look like. Try the flea markets in your area if u have them. they sell them cheap i used to work as a speaker radio tech and honda pilot dash kits work just the same as accords because they are the same part. as long as you have the 6 disc changer you should be good man good luck PM if u need more answers i can pretty much help anyone
