I picked up the Ice-Link Plus from a fellow member. Hooks directly to the stock HU so you get CD quality sound. You can also control your iPod through the steering wheel controls, the HU controls or the iPod controls. The unit will also charge you iPod. Here is a pic of the setup.

I have an 06/v6/6mt EX-L, and I use honda's OEM ipod adapter. It works through the use of the AUX port.(not RCA's) If you can use a cd-changer with your Navi then this method will work for you as this works as if it was a cd-changer so volume and switching songs can be done through the steering wheel controls. I believe that I paid $195 for it, not fond of the Home-Music software but it is not required for use.
