Default Left horn (High tone) not working!

Hi, I have a Accord 2.3i SR from 1994, CC7, motorcode H23A3, same motor as the prelude 2.3.
I bought the car, and I found out that the 2 wires for the high tone horn was cutted.
Now the high tone horn (left) does not work, but the low tone horn on the right is working normally, (And it is working no matter whether you use the one button or the other on the steeringwheel.)
I took some pics of the cutted wires, so you could tell me what I should do.
The cutted wires, and the wires going on the horn is exactly the same colors.

sounds like you just need to reconnect the wires - matching colors. i would solder and heat shrink the connections since they are in an engine bay.
