Default Light question

Hello Honda friends.

I don't know if it's a problem that I have or that it comes stock with the car.
I'll try to explain it

It's about the inner lights of the headlamp.
When I start the car with the handbrake on, there isn't a problem.
When I release the handbrake, the inner lights of the headlamps goes on.
Then when I pull the handbrake back on, it doesn't go off.
It only goes off when I turn off the car.

Other scenario.
When I start the car with the hardbrake released, it immediately comes on and also only goes off when I turn of the car.

When these lights are on, the high beam indicator on the dashboard is glowing a little, you can only see this at night.

Hope somebody can tell me if this is a ground problem, doesn't look like a stock feature of the car.

Sounds normal for the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) that come with the Canadian Accords.

Thank you for the reply

Just checked it and when I'm turning on the normal lights, the inner lights go off and so is the high beam indicator.

Is it normal that the high beam indicator is glowing a little when these DRL are on?

Very possible, as the DRLs are using the high beam bulbs; but, at reduced brightness.
