New radio trouble
I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum to place this question but I didn't see any other one that my eyes can recognize this early in the morning.
Just bought a new radio, jvc, and was installing it but I am having issues. It's my sisters car and it's a low end model of the Accord DX 1998. I found a wiring diagram online and connected all the wires except I am confused on where a couple of the new wires go. I have an organe with white stripe doing nothing, I have the ground wire connected with the new ground wire(correct?), I don't know which wire the switched 12V cable should go to nor the dimmer wire.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

first mistake - cutting wires. a wire harness that mates with the factory plug is $10.
you need to undo everything you've done. you need to solder the factory wires back together, using heat shrink on each one.
once the wiring is back to "like new" you can use the standard wire harness and just match colors.
why didn't you fix the wiring for the hazards and clock?
new grounds are nice. the schematic will tell you what wire is ignition (white with red strip IIRC)
