I have a 2004 Accord. Radio works every morning for 10 to 15 minutes then shuts off with very loud crackling in speakers. Would this be a short in the wiring or loose wiring? Or is the radio shot? Would appreciate any input.

 

I would guess it is the Radio. a loose solder connection that has an issue once the radio warms up.

a wiring issue wouldn't be dependent on time, it would be very random, but may be affected by bumps.
