Okay so my 98 Honda Accord had a lot of problems, tranny was shot and the like. Now after I got it fixed I decided to clean the rugs inside of it and after I did this a problem occured. The problem is that when I turn on the car, all the dash lights go on and they won't go off... Help will be greatly appreciated, I need my car back.

 

If you have not already, you should try taking the negative terminal off your battery for ~30 secs, put back on and retest. Might do the trick.
