Default Radio won't come on

OK, I need some help. Was going to install a GTA Bluetooth kit in my daughters 2008 Accord V6. When I got in it, the battery was dead. After jump starting it, I was getting the code message on the radio. I didn't bother putting the codes in as I was going to remove the battery again. After replacing the battery, the code message reappeared. I still have not entered the code. I turned the car off and installed the GTA kit. When I was done I turned the car on to pair the phone to the Bluetooth and the radio will not turn in. Its not asking for the code. It has a black screen. I believe it has power since it will let me charge the phone thru the GTA module. The clock works as does the compass. I checked for loose connections. I replaced the #15 and #19 fuses. I even removed the GTA kit and wired it back to the original way. Still dead. With no tunes, she wants to drive the wife's car until I get it fixed. Now they're both mad at me. Help

Were the fuses you replaced burned?
