right read deck speaker wont work

Unhappy right read deck speaker wont work

i recently bought a 1994 accord lx coupe with 160k and i put in two audiobahn speakers in the rear deck to replace the stock one and now the right rear deck wont work at all. help please?

first test your wire and make sure you are getting a signal. use a dmm.

What speakers? Model number? Pic of install/wiring?

When I did mine I copied a guy from a "Civic" forum. Props to him, made it easy as. Just crimp/solder these onto one end of the wire and slip them into the factory plug. You'll probably have to cut the connector a bit so it fits, though.

I realise they're front speakers but the plugs are the same on the back.

i've done that as a temp test - just tape up the assembly to keep everything in place.
