I changed the bulbs and even tested the removable console that holds the bulbs on the other side. The turn signals and parking lights work on the right side, but the brake lights on that side do not work. Any thoughts?

providing the left side works make sure it's grounded (there should be a short ground wire back there I believe)...

 

Is there just one ground wire for both right side bulbs? There is a brake light on the deck lid and 1 on the rear panel.Would the ground wire be buried before its splits off?

 

Here's some test procedures to try as well...

Check the bottom of the socket, sometimes the connection solder bump gets flat and won't make contact.
