I would flush pyramid speakers down the toilet (if they would fit)! My friend got a pair of 6x9's off of ebay and he blew the speakers within a day. I tried all sorts of speakers such as pioneer, kenwood, sony, infinity, kicker, MA Audio, etc and I decided to stick with Alpine. Then again, everyone has their own sound preference and so far Alpine mids and highs never let down.
