I own a 1998 honda accord green. The top part of my hood is oxidizing white. Anyone know the best spray paint i can use to cover it up and works well...I dont want to spend money on repainting it since it is a 1998 model.. I just want something that will look nice and last.

 

Spray paint wouldn't do a thing for oxidation, power polishing is the answer. If you mean the clear coat is failing stripping and repainting is the only answer, not for the do it yourselfer.
