Default Bird**POOP** that won't go away

Ok so my new black and shiny ex-L coupe gets crapped on like crazy. I know its a blessing but how much more blessed can I get? There one spot on the hood that doesn't want to come off. I heard there crap is acidic so i'm hopefully it hasn't already eaten into the paint. I bought rain-x bug and bird crap remover but it hasn't worked even after I got a carwash. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thank you.

D

If it is in the clearcoat it's possible that it can be removed by wetsanding or a rotary buffer using compound and a deep cut pad. If it is through the clear and into the paint itself.... repainting is the only cure.

There is a product that will remove it pronto but not after it has stained the clearcoat. It's called Bird Sh*t Remover and can be had here: http://www.poorboysworld.com/
They are closing it out so you will need to call the phone number and ask for Steve to see if there is any remaining. I just bought some @ 50% off and it works big time great. Once it's gone that's it! Simply a great product that never took off.
