Hey guys.

Not to sure what happened here. It was fine up until a few months ago...not sure if something maybe splashed against it? And it's getting worse and worse. Any idea what could have caused it? Or what I could do to fix it? Almost like corrosion. The top layer is chipping off, and is covered in this.
