How to.........clean egr ports v6
THANKS TO HONDADUDE.. here is a link, per Honda bulletin...

One of the procedure in the bulletin is to drill the manifold and install the EGR pipe that comes with the kit....
You do not have to do it, if you do not want to, it would take another at least 60-70k miles for ports to possibly clog up again.. I would have to assume that it will take longer if pipe is installed ......
I did not install the pipe on personal car, we have to follow the bulletin and install it on customers cars ,, have not yet have a car return with same issue .. so i cannot properly say one way or the other
so basically it is up to you..
