1996 Honda Accord will not rev past 4000 rpm
I replaced the head gasket and gaskets I had to get the head shaved because it was warped. Before I did all this the car would go to redline. Now it only goes to 4000 rpm in park and in drive which is only 60 mph. What could my issue be causing it to not go to redline
