2001 accord revving by itself?

Default 2001 accord revving by itself?
anybody know why it would do this. My car will go up to 30mph while no foot is on the gas pedal and revs at about 2500rpm with the brake applied. and when in park shoot up to 7000rpm

Cable stuck? Spring broken? Crud in the TB holding it open? You tried to DIY bore out the TB without making a new plate?

no mods have been done to the car. It the gf's car I sprayed the tb and it runs better at lower idle but will sometime jump from 800rpm to 1200rpm quickly and thats it.

maybe its something with the computer and the temp?

check the antifreeze?
