Default 7th gen. accord swap

huey everyone.
fairly new to this board and Got a couple qyestions. I'm currently driving an untuned stock 2004 accord LX. a great car it is but it lacks in horsepower well yeah it just lacks horsepower. so I'm thinking I'm gonna take the stock K24A4 engine out and drop a H22 in.
I've searched this board and there are plenty of H22 swaps but they all seem to be done on early models.
I'm wondering if the H22 is the best choice and if it is, what all will needed to be upgraded with the engine.
any advice would be much appreciated. cash isn't as big of a concern as performance. this car is going to be all GO and no SHOW!

thanks again for any help.

Lets get this straight............you want to take out a K series..........the greatest consumer 4cyl Honda has made to date............and swap in an outdated H series motor.

K series is far superior to an H.

And it would be very difficult to even swap in an H as custom motor mounts would have to be made and be a wiring disaster.

My recommendation:
Put K24a2 pistons/rods in your block
Put a K20a2 head on
Get an RSX-S wiring harness
Get Kpro
Make over 200hp and a ton of torque
Have limitless upgradeability

if cash isnt an option ct engineering makes a supercharger. i imagine that installed would be cheaper than the swap.

you're right bro. stupid decision. that's why I'm a noon. here to learn man. I'll look into what you said live2rice.

status , I wasn't sure if the stock k24a4 could handle a supercharger.

thanks for the advice again. even if its just telling me how much I don't know. knowledge is power and horsepower!

Its all good, I'm in the process of trading my H22 in for a K24a4/K20a2 so I happen to know a lot on the subject lol.
