Default 96 accord dies intermittently

I have a 96 Honda accord with the 2.2l. I had my check engine light on and had my codes read. They revealed I had a misfire in 1 and 3 cylinders and my ckp sensor was bad. I replaced the sensor and timing belt and water pump while I was in there and I put a new distributor cap plugs and wires. I was told by a local garage this was problem as well. The car still dies intermittently and there is a delay sometimes when the key is turned over to the time it actually turns over. When the car dies, my tach drops to zero but I still have power in the car. It is a manual transmission so it should show rpms if the clutch is not depressed. I'm not sure which direction to go now but my repairs haven't fixed the problem. Any ideas?

Loss of tach suggests either ignitor or coil. See following video for help in determining coil or ignitor.

good luck
