Default 99 f23a1 Accord possible bent valve help!

Hi honda guys, i have a 99 accord an it has some mods but recently i drove thru some water and the engine stalled out. upon restarting the engine i herd a slight bang. it turned over and ran on 3 cyl for a few minutes blowing steam out the exsaust. there a knocking/ticking noise coming from the top end/valve cover area.i took the valve cover off and it seems the cylender 3, valve 4 seems to be a little lower than all the other intake valves. am i right to assume that i just need to replace that valve and hope to the honda gods that theres no valve seat damage and throw it back together? does anyone know the head bold star or hex or whatever that bolt size is? and what type of socket i need for it? plase respond soon for i am going to tear the engine down soon. thankyou

I think it's a 14mm 12points, you will need some air gun because they're very tight, try not to round them off then you will have a very hard time to get them out.

You can buy a good used motor any where and put it yourself. I just bought one myself for $900 with 20k. Try LKQ or car-parts.com
