accord won't start, now bent valve?
I went to start my accord last night. On first try it turned over with a funny sound. I thought that was strange. But then it would not start
Today, I dug in. I had been burning some oil but did not know were. Easily found when I pull out the #4 plug wire. Lots of oil. So I went ahead and pulled the valve cover off to change all the gaskets as well as the plugs. Upon turning over the engine to check that all was right the #1 exhaust valve is banging hard. I looks like it might be bent!! It does not line up straight as the rest do with the rockers.
Do you think my timing belt slipped last night and that is why it won't start? Did that bend my valve?
Any comments appreciated.
