Default Automatic shifting HARD

Well, I would like to know if these stats even seem close to what there supposed to be at.

My 94 Accord LX:

Shifts at around 3000RPM
Idles at 1000-1500RPM

Im pretty sure they should look more like this.

Shifts at 2300-2600RPM
Idles at: ? ( I really have no clue)

Ive adjusted the throttle on multiple occasions but still have the same problems.

And suggestions?

No need to bump so soon. The shift point seems fine at 3k rpm. Idle should be 750rpm if I'm not mistaken.
