No, the engine sound was normal. the exhaust sound bad but that's because it was running on 3 cylinders half the time.

hey guys, sorry to bring an old thread back, but im looking into modifying my car a little more... where can i get the arias pistons? why did u get the 87mm and not the 86mm? sorry to ask so much... just curious....

RS MACHINE SHOP in Carson Ca (310) 221-6445 ask for Eddie or Ez Money tell'm Deon sent you. I went with the 87.5mm because I was trying to get as close to a 2.5liter as possible. I paid 600 for the set because it was custom, or the first time they made it for that engine. But because of me it should be cheaper for you because it's now a off the self piston.
P.S. what are you doing to that nissan emblem...lol. I have a S14 (240sx)

They did all my head work, valves, springs port and polish etc...
