Blinking Drive light/engine not shifting
I am not sure if this has been answered or not but I wanted to find a quick answer before I drive it again.
I have a 1992 accord lx automatic and the D4 light is blinking when I start it sometimes. When I try to accelerate it, the car slowly increases speed and I can't feel it shifting any gears. Someone told me they thought it was the transmission. This week every other time I start the car it has this problem. If I try to restart the engine then it doesn't go away and I drive it slowly so I don't mess anything up. It has 230k miles.

Look in the "general tech" section, at the top there is a sticky: Common DIY Threads.
In there you will find out how to check for codes (ECU-TCU), get them. Post back with what codes you get.
If you shift thru the gears manually, does it shif fine?
